Body Bag & Toe Tag

Standard body bags are manufactured using the same monomeric soft feel vinyl as our garments. This 8 mil vinyl is incredibly resistant to punctures and still retains its pliability in cold temperatures. Our body bags are fabricated in our state of the art facility where all perimeter edges are heat sealed using a fully relieved and polished .375" wide heat seal bar. This is important because it reduces the amount of vinyl extrusion caused in the heat sealing process... too much extrusion, the seams will fail. Using this method of fabrication and our prescribed formulation of vinyl, we have greatly reduced seam failures and leaks. 3 identity tags included with each standard bag.
